2 Nights Camel Trekking in Merzouga Itinerary:

Day 1: Camel ride – Sunset – Night in desert camp

Starting from Merzouga village near the sand dunes, our two nights in the Merzouga desert begin with the Camek Trek tour in the evening. On the first day, you will enjoy an hour and a half of camel riding.

On the way to the desert camp, your camel tour guide will stop somewhere to enjoy the sunset before you arrive at the camp. Once you arrive, you will have a cup of tea and have some downtime. There will be a fantastic meal and bonfire on the first night.

Day 2: Sunrise – High dune – Visit Nomadic family – Berber pizza – Sandboarding

The subsequent day Your camel tour guide will wake you up in the morning so you can witness the sunrise. Following breakfast in the camp, you may either walk or ride camels to Erg-Chebbi’s highest sand dune, where you can go to the summit for a breathtaking view of the dunes.

Proceed with camel riding to meet some nomads in the desert and have lunch (Berber Pizza) with them or under a tree in the desert. After relaxing and eating, ride the camels to the camp, where you can sandboard and go for walks in the dunes. The second night will also include dinner, a fire, and music.
